I was just wondering if there was anyone else out there using Skype for taking customer calls? Being that I am currently a 2 man outfit, I have been using Skype for awhile now. I like the fact that I can easily take it with me even when I leave the office...

I also started playing around with our new live chat software - just switched from LiveZilla to an add by car from Skype office and we love that guys))).
