I'm looking for a few appetizer recipes that are low calorie for this Sunday so I can stick to my diet plan. Anyone have anything yummy to share?

Low-fat tends to be full of sugar and salt to make up for the loss of fatty flavor, so I tend to just stick with full....
Eat moderate calorie and no less than 30% fat (I personally aim for 45-50% as I am low carb content of your food.

The low calorie wines tend to have low alcohol level, so you'd have to drink more calorie wise....
A company called Lindeman's specifically makes a low calorie range of white wines and champagnes and diet tonic.
I think at one point I had seen a recipe for tortillas that were low calorie... maybe made with egg white and physillium?? Would anyone be able to help me find them??

Low carbLow carb diet,....
I've tried both and I was more successful and able to keep it up with low calorie.
Actually both give identical results on a calorie for you.
Swich to whole grain though Not too low on either.
I have been eating less than 2000 calories for about 2 years now. I eat anywhere from 1200-1600 calories a day. I workout 45 minutes a day monday-friday. I feel like when I start trying to eat 2000 calories a day I start gaining weight. Is that possible...

Another thing to think about is why you want....
Your body is used to with the low calorie diet increasing your calorie intake, then you need to compensate with more exercise.
It's just the biology and physics of an energy equation .

Most likely lower than are an element of weight loss and gain BUT low carb makes that low calorie "do-able" and is more at calorie control....
Very simply! Of course we all understand that 1500 is a low calorie diet.

PS calories might explain the relatively good results off a low calorie diet - im probably not starving myself....
On such a low calorie diet - ie- you dont put on muscle with a calorie defecit - so whats with this.
