Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere else.
I want to change to a low carb, low GI diet. Can anyone point me in the right direction for diet plans, recipes, etc.
I know there is a ton of stuff on Google, but...

I always new that I had a problem suggested low....
The low GI guideline is good as a general guideline, but there are some going, did the low GI thing for ages but never saw any real results.
Like I am torturing myself.

I have been eating fruits..no added sugar,I did allow myself to put a teeny bit of agave(good) in yogurt and stevia, both are from plants ,stevia is ... .
I have to watch the sugar> carbs too and not eating a lot of bad fats , I also have to watch salt .

I'm currently reading a book called The Glucose Revolution published in 1996. Some of the info in it is out of date, but the GI charts are very good as are some of the chapters. I wonder if any of you know about Chana Dal and can give me more info about...

I've never tried them but shirataki noodles supposedly have a low GI.
