Will cause low progesterone levels. In cases such as this, progesterone supplements wouldn't prevent... a miscarriage. However.... low progesterone, can cause healthy pregnancies to miscarry. You don't know TEST SHOULD BE GIVING AFTER A WEEK OF CONCEPTION,TO TEST THE HCG..my doc is putting me on progesterone
