But you can't selectively move a "single profile".
Off the top of my head, use SuperDuper! to clone the entire drive to the new one .
Normally you can't duplicate the contents, but there are a few utilities that can.. .
The answer is quite annoying...

Some machines simply do not have hoops for the item you have .
Depends on what you are going to embroider.
You will be lucky to find any machine under 1K that will work for you .

Basically, it's a hack which prepares a file to play... .
And put an audio file called 'blank.aif' into your project .
You have to use the AVFoundation.framework and put a bit of code into your app delegate .
I found some code on Apple's forums which fixes it .

Let me explain: metaSAN works with standard NTFS volumes on Windows (HFS+ on Mac).
Local private volumes renamed by metaSAN to "Local drive #" is impossible to rename back is doing to your drives.
