I'm converting my 85.5 NA radiator to the turbo radiator for track use. I know the turbo radiator is longer/deeper then the NA radiator. Therefore, the stock NA lower radiator hose is not long enough to work.
My question is, can I use the turbo's lower...

They do not cost that much, rather than botch together a Frankenstein hose .
Buy the turbo hose and see if it fits.

I have a 2008 SD CC with a lower radiator hose leak. 59000 miles. It is at the dealer now and they say the hose is a routine maintenance part that is not covered under the Ford ESP. I just bought the truck a few months ago and it already had the radiator...

It is at the dealer radiator hoses.

ALL the techkie guys emphatically said I need the fan, radiator support and stiffener plate.
The standard radiator fan with the issue of watching the temperature gauge rise while climbing the hills.

I have motor in and went to attach the lower hose. It is sitting on the alternator so much so that it is squeezed at one point. Obviously that's not right. These are the parts I'm using, which parts to I need from a GTS?

The latter two are tapped to accomodate a cooling fan temp switch... .
Doesn't have to be rwd outlet, can be from 4AGE from AE86, or AE82, or AE92 .
Pics I believe you need to find the 4AG coolant neck, it has a slightly more horizontal shape to clear the alt .

Has anyone developed a way to get the lower seal in place against the bottom of the coolant radiator when installing the lower cowling by yourself? Spent an hour today after completing the 100-hour inspection and still don't think I have it completely...

They key is to not be lifting the cowl as the seal comes in contact with the radiator flange.

Wondering how important it is to have the lower radiator grill panel in place on a 50 3100. Has anybody just not installed it? Seems like it could be eliminated.
I got an old bent up one and not real interested in buying an aftermarket panel that won'...

As far as air flowIt supports the grill and serves to direct air into the radiator instead of letting it flow under a SBC and an aluminum radiator....
The lower support radiused corners in order to fit the radiator into the support.

This morning I was hauling trash to the dump, not a lot just three trash cans. Any way while I was in the bed unloading the trash cans a guy tells me my truck is pouring coolant . So I jump down and pop the hood and see my lower radiator hose is completely...

I have had radiator hoses blow, spring leaks, split, and even get in the way that are pain in the ass to undo.
