Some posters on another forum are reporting that the HD charge has been dropped from future bills shown on their My Sky account. Anyone here found this yet and if so due date on their bill and what package are they on? Mine on Sky world plus multiroom...

Hi,
Thought I'd share what happened to me today to see if others want to benefit from it.
I pay £58.25 a month includes movies / sport / hd. As the football season has ended I normally phone to ask for a reduction during the 'off season' for the sports...

Then last night Sky called and offered me £2.50 p/m for HD for 12 was half price Sport for 3 months - better than nothing i suppose
Been with sky for 10 years never i got was half price Sport for....
Weeks back and was offered nothing.

Few months ago my 3rd sky box packed up since being with sky for over 5 years and no way of loyalty they tried to shaft me out of £195.00 for a new box, a HD box because apparantly they dont supply the SKY+ boxes anymore.
Funny as on the TV and Radio ...

The Sky+ you see advertised is a Sky+HD box with or without an HD subscription as the labour.

Its a real treat making it to a dark sky area - might experience of a dark sky location....
Trouble is 95% of the population don't know what they are missing, so couldn't give two hoots about light pollution .
Can't beat a good dark sky.

Hi all,
I've got an oldish Netgear Sky Router, works ok although the Wireless signal is very poor.
Is the new Sagem one much better? Also how many ethernet ports does it have?
Just trying to figure out whether its worth me paying the £35 for the new router...

Probably I had the old G-....
I have opted to get my own Router which will be a Netgear DGND3700... .
Sky Wireless N routers range seems to be better and the iPhones and iPads the Sky lady told me last night.
pack but glad I did now).
