NRIs, socially, you will have to adjust BIG TIME.
But remember in India, things never run smoothly for everybody.
I'd say do it.
It will be much faster for you than MBBS in india enough.
You finished mostly everythiong for it.

I believe Pakistan and India grant the MBBS degree, how is it different than the MD a six year post graduation course in India after finishing your MBBS..but they belong to a high income in America and Canada.....
