So, apparently in most schools MD/MBA programs, you apply for the MBA in your third year of medicine typically to your home institution...and I always thought you were limited in that sense to only do the MBA at your home institution...I was wrong because...

I applied to Ross (Michigan), Harvard Business School.
MD at Michigan Med and my MBA at Wharton.

Otherwise on any of the schools....
It was just not yet feasible to get invested in any one school the schools IF (and this is a big IF) the school asked for specifics of WHY X school.
Much research on any of the schools.

Just make sure you apply early.
Overall, you give you a good shot at a top school.
Sinai, UPitt and UMichigan (top schools that like high MCAT scores).

I ask this because all medical schools I know in Caribbean require passage of all three USMLE exams before they issue their MD diploma. Are all schools in this forum built so that they practice in US. What if I want to have my MD diploma and practice ...

The caribbean island in which your school is located then some schools will not require you to takeSteps 1 & 2 prior to graduation (just like US schools).
