Why does it seem like every one is getting Mil/Mil turrests instead of MOA/MOA??
Whats the advantage of it?

I guess you will find more Mil/Mil shooters than MOA/MOA.
Folks like to do what the Military does you and your partner are using the same system .
My guess is Military has used Mil based reticles.

I have tried to google it and searched a little on here but i am a military sniper that uses the moa platform...what is a mil to mil scope and are they better? Also how do you calculate for drop? Any teachings would be great!!

A mil is very similar to an MOA as it is unit, as in a Mil Based Reticle with Mil adjustments will be easier than using one with mix units such as a mil the moa platform....

I love the dynamic, Mil is like "how DARE you" and Tenryu doesn't matches, so if he can avoid getting completely smothered like so many other Mil opponents, I'll be impressed.
The finish this is pretty awesome.

I basically want something that goes with my avatar. It doesn't have to equal 1.3 mil, it just has to match me. I also can get very picky, so if I say no it's nothing personal.
