My earliest symptoms were also sensory Numbness and tingling in nature. I blew them off, because they were pretty lightweight in my opinion. These started in my teens. I was diagnosed at age 50.

I would say enjoy the few days you have of feeling amazing and go with it .
I think a lot of the 2nd and 3rd time moms here will tell you that symptoms come and go.
I wouldn't worry.

I had NO symptoms up until week 7 except my breasts were a little sore. Then at week 7 or 8 my face Face pain broke out, I got the veins in my boobs, and started getting some m/s at night. Try not to worry. With my DS I didn't have any symptoms at all...

I had no symptoms with either one of my boys....
I have noticed that normally symptoms start around 7 weeks.
Some women just tolerate the hormone changes better.
I didn't have much in the way of symptoms other than normal af type stuff.
