Is it possible to install Windows 7 (64 bit) on a Mac Pro without Bootcamp. I don't need Mac OS at all and just want to install Windows 7. EDIT: Yes, it seems possible (see answer) but I would strongly recommend to follow deddebme's advice on this matter...

Not sure to using the Boot Camp Assistant from Mac OS X), but you'll certainly want to use the Mac OS X disc.
Booting configurating, partitions creating and shrinking, providing mac hardware drivers etc.

If this doesn't bother you (since you don't want to do depend on a vendor... .
USB Webcams by default will use Apple's built in USB Webcam driver (available 10.4.9+), so without a complete driver from Logitech a lot of the extra features are not available .
