Is the Mac OS rapidly coming up to a point where it has the same amount of security flaws as windows machines?
The more macs in the world means the more people have them, and if more people have them, people can find the flaws in the OS, is this correct...

Admittedly I no longer worry about reading all the detail about what those patches are for (life's too short!) .
As a user of both Mac and Windows I can only tell you that I have to apply a lot more Windows patches than Mac patches.

I've always thought that you should enable MAC filtering to increase Wifi security (in addition to using WPA2).

In my opinion the article is correct in advising that MAC filtering is pointless and just wastes time.
