Well ever since I was a kid, my dad (an excellent chef ;)) always cut up hot dogs and put them in my Mac n Cheese.

And it's AWESOME!! It's just the supermarket organic brand on the stovetop and it was soooo yummy! I added parmesan cheese and DD (a super fussy eater) ate all of her bowl and half of mine. YAY!
And yes, I live in WI and have never had mac n cheese.

I'm lactose intolerant, so we just never ate mac n cheese at home upbringing and why the cult/bubble/magic spell you recently left didn't allow mac n cheese.

So I just baked mac and cheese for a dinner party tonight. Anyone have tips on how to reheat this thing so it doesn't turn into cement?

Anyone heard of this/have recipes? I ate at a gluten free restaurant a few months back and one item on the menu was a cauliflower mac n cheese. Basically, instead of noodles the recipe used cauliflower and it was amazing!
