The baked broccoli mac and cheese on skinnytaste is hands down....
I mix these and bake till, thanksgiving and christmas when he and his family come to eat .
Then when the cheese is melted by then the mac is done.
Fat or fat free.

Make my baked mac and cheese recipe more creamy? This is the recipe i used last time. It was nice just the cheese was too thick! I would like a creamier texture but not runny...like more gooey.

I would cut the velveeta in half to start that is adding to everything sticking together, when the cheese is capable of doing that.
There is just no liquid.
Much cheese for 1lb of pasta.

Anyone heard of this/have recipes? I ate at a gluten free restaurant a few months back and one item on the menu was a cauliflower mac n cheese. Basically, instead of noodles the recipe used cauliflower and it was amazing!

And it's AWESOME!! It's just the supermarket organic brand on the stovetop and it was soooo yummy! I added parmesan cheese and DD (a super fussy eater) ate all of her bowl and half of mine. YAY!
And yes, I live in WI and have never had mac n cheese.

I'm lactose intolerant, so we just never ate mac n cheese at home upbringing and why the cult/bubble/magic spell you recently left didn't allow mac n cheese.
