This thread MAD magazine was a "must read" back in my younger days....feel sure a lot of the older deafies be readable.

Not sure if anyone on here has read My Mad Methods Magazine or not but I can highly recommend it. It's full of loads of articles, training programmes and expert opinion on building strength and conditioning.
Lots of stuff on sandbags, kettlebells, parkour...

In an odd way, MAD magazine (at least in part) and pinball do share
the same parentage what's the connection with MAD? Ballyhoo was a satire magazine,
and a significant portion of Ballyhoo of the ad parodies in....
