Are there any application which lets me play the music in my iPhone through the USB cable?
It will be very convenient if I can just dock the phone (while the music is playing), and the music will come out from the computer's speakers instead of the speaker...

It's unfortunate that this is for OSX streaming audio from iPhone dock... .
From there (and I only believe in manual music management mode), you can play the music located on the ipod/iphone.
To view the playlists and music on the ipod.

I have a client who wants to hear music/announcement after pressing 9 when making an outbound call, is that possible without vmpro? and do you do it?

There are agencies but a lot of that work is more about knowing the right people .
You have music already in the pubvlic domain that's requested.

Personally, I use Cubase because the workflow for Orchestra music pro tools on my shool computer but I have much more of a harder time trying to make music I might be able to make more ....
