Finding tempeh and seitan in the uk? Are these products actually sold in the UK? Or are they just under different names? I'm confused! So many vegan cookbooks seem to be US-oriented, and I have no idea if I could find these if I looked hard enough, or...

Would work for you.
Oh, and fish bothers you, maybe Greek yogurt, eggs/egg whites, lentils, etc .

Tempeh as a cheese substitute? I was nibbling on a bit of tempeh last night and thought to myself "hmmm....this tastes like I think I remember how cheese used to taste".
Okay, maybe if that cheese was really bland and stuff but after a few more test nibbles...
