Guild wands and regular vendor wands that have less than 50 charges should stack onto wands that also have less than 50 charges, just like potions do with stacks of less than 100. ie: a potion of 60 stacks with a potion of 30 to create 90. So should wands...

The analogy I would....
It's like taking two worn shoes and combining them to make.
That doesn't make sense for a wand.
The charges and then go onto the next wand.
