Efficient: It can do many things like making dubsteps....
Tutorials and demos are provided when you download the software .
For me the "best" is something that is Cheap, Easy to use, and Efficient
Dubturbo has it all

I didn't say it should be a fucking generic drum loop. Everything you just wrote was implied in my response, and I chose film/production scores because that's what 99% of people are going to recognize or want to emulate these...
