Hello, I am new to the forum, and new to the murky world of PCNs, can anyone help. I spent 3 seconds unintentionally in a bus lane in Merton (Wimbledon). I gained no advantage over the transgression, I simply followed the natural flow of the traffic.

When a local authority wants to mark a cycle lane within a bus lane is signed as a bus lane (with times).
It does not apply to the parking bays.

As you are likely to be aware, the Western Australian Road Traffic Code 2000 has no specific regulations concerning lane splitting. Rather, the Road traffic Code has a number of regulations relating to how drivers, (who also include motorcycle riders)...

Specific lane, create a big motorcycle waiting box at the front of the cars at traffic lights, so some people you got the wrong idea .
