For more anime to be co-productions between North America and Japan.
I think what we need here is new "Boing".I think a new channel would help a lot .

On the other hand, the reason for the downside is because anime fandom just hasn't been that there....
Anime as a whole might be doing very well, but here in the US it seems like its a market for it.
Opinion on the R1 market..
