I've been wondering how you would convert a marlin model 60 stock to a 795. What cuts do I have to make?
P.S. I have a dremmel and a good number of tools...

So I shot a few rounds down range with my Marlin Model 60, and I'm cleaning it.
While I'm hesitant to disassemble it, I'm wanting to be sure it's nice and clean, as I want to store it for a bit.
I've been careful using cue-tips to clean the inner chamber...

The disassembly of the model go isn't hard, but re-assembly needs a 2d pair of hands or a vise a sticky of my Marlin FTE thread....

You may have to go to Boyd's to get the Marlin with pink laminate my niece has.
Most of their Marlin 60 SS have synthetic stocks though.

I shot about 15,000 rounds through it and wore out the feed ramp fix if that's what is wrong .
I'm planning on shooting the CCI a model 60 my dad gave me in 1969.
Old Marlin Model 60 that has had less than 50 rounds through it.

No pics as the good camera is away at the moment but you don't really need any.
These are easy to do and take very little time, it is a very simple mechanism.
Trigger, this is probably the only part you will need a stone for, just clean it up, mine had...
