My 16 year old daughter LOVES mashed potatoes. She claims they are her favorite food. We'll be in Disney at the beginning of June. What are all your opinions on where to get the best mashed potatoes in "the world"? Thanks!!

Gosh, I can't believe I didn't start this thread before. I didn't see it on other pages either. Behind CHEESE, mashed potatoes are my second favorite food!!

I know traditionally, the potatoes are peeled before making mashed potatoes. I've been to a few places where they make them without peeling them, however. I find it to be a nice change of pace, given that the potatoes were cleaned really well.

What is your safe food? My old go to is KFC Mashed Potatoes. Meat has developed a weird taste recently. I hope to get over this soon. My eating habits are driving me nuts. I get so sick and then feel I can never return to a food that made me sick.

KFC mashed potatoes (with gravy) was about the only food for a month that even sounded remotely good to me.
