Does anyone have a good recipe for chicken and noodles over mashed potatoes? I have a huge craving for this!

Does anyone have a recipe for potatoe pancakes using leftover mashed potatoes? My Mom used to make these and I loved them she is now gone so there is no recipe.

Perfect creamy mashed potatoes every time.
To get perfect creamy mashed potatoes you need to combine potato (preferably melody, a splash of milk and plenty of salt and white pepper.
Definitely not overkill.

On the online tracker when entering in "mashed potatoes, prepared" does that include just the potatoes or does it include some butter/milk added as well?
