I know a girl that made it for 29 days, I did some checking the master cleanse is around i don't blame her..
Most comes from the maple syrup which is 52 cal for 10 days .
The master cleanse is around 109 cal a glass.

Im thinking about doing this....im just worried about losing muscle mass so i plan to walk and do a little pilates with it

I do NOT recommend the master cleanse.
