Cena and Punks SS match was a better wrestling match than the MITB match... Everybody talks about the MITB match. Don't get me wrong, taking into account the story behind it and what it meant and the atmosphere etc etc then the MITB is probably superior...

Whether its fair....
Fan atmosphere made the MITB match better by far and because the rematches usually never meet the initial match.

In broader reaching campaigns, I will start out by adding broad, phrase and exact ....
In some campaigns I will use broad match, I then add phrase and exact match for better CTR's.
I find it useful to approach this in a few different ways .
Here's a basic regex technique that I've never managed to remember. Let's say I'm using a fairly generic regex implementation (e.g., grep or grep -E). If I were to do a list of files and match any that end in either ".sty" or ".cls", how would I do that...

matches any character (sty|cls) - match "sty" or "cls" - the | is....
matches literally a "." - an unescaped .
