Depends on where you're doing your masters degree, whether it's research based.
Descrete Math is a good start Quadratic forms.
Logic programming: propositional logic.
Routing: graph theory.

Maths springs to mind.
That might allow you to be a programmer in areas required a specialist knowledge .
A degree in a non-computing field is of way more value than a Masters in Computer Science.
