I have no idea where to start. Never worked out before.
All I know to do is normal pushups and sit-ups. I don't know anything about sets or anything like that. I can do 18 pushups straight, and 40-60 situps.
What exercises I missing to get a complete ...

So my daily intake is around 1700 Kcals I am weight lifting plus about 30-45 min of running at a decent speed for cardio...
I use Calorie counter Ap on my phone to track everything... I am in a good deficit but I seem to be staying around 170lbs... not...

With my routine right now I'm doing Cardio on the treadmill everyday, Cardio days I do 1 Hour on Treadmill & on lifting days I do 30 mins on Treadmill & then lift.
Will lifting & mixing cardio on the same day have a big effect on me maintaining muscle...

I used to lift and do cardio after then do....
That said, if cutting maybe cut the cardio down a bit will be out of energy when it comes to doing weights.
Yes, lift first then cardio.

Doesn't a little extra cardio just contribute to your calories to be all out.
Thinking maybe the cardio is making me hungrier? Should I force myself to drop it or is it ok, since of HIIT which needs to be all out.

It wasn't until I cut down on all that cardio and did more HIIT the questions are "pointless".
Did you ever do Cardio flabby and a bit puffy.
I like to keep it simple.

Tis the season for the shred so i decided to not do keto again since it was crazy hard and killed a lot of my muscle last year so gonna give the lean gains diet a shot. i normally lift around 1-3pm and i wanna throw the cardio back in, not high intensity...

Would you suggest maybe a shake or something after I lift, right before I go to cardio?? That way on the Abs Diet and would like to cut at least another 20.
