Can weight lifting alone do that? and how long will it takes to drop from 16 to 10% for a normal person ... yes .. i do have healthy diet ..

I just wanted to get some members input on there thoughts and knowledge of cardio directly after weight training. I lift and then do 45 min of cardio, but I only include the cardio three days a week. Does this have more of a catabolic effect on muscle...

Im trying to cut down and diet alone with almost no cardio is not going to cut it ..
Just having a hard time finding the time to go get my cardio done ...

10 hours a week!....
On days I lift I do a little cardio after lifting, jumping jacks, jumping a week.
I like to mix a week do a 4-5 mile run .
I do 2 days of each cardio.
Min jog, I can maybe do 20 minutes tops of straight jogging.

Just to add, I'm drinking coffee, diet soda's, flavored BCAA's and chewing gum to help me control hunger, I believe the real problem is my diet but I seem to be doing what everyone suggests .
So I was doing the rowing machine this morning and after 10 minutes I was dying. The calorie-o-meter says say I burn 102 calories... whats that like a slice of bread? half a protein shake? haha Seriously though! If you just take one less bite of a sandwich...

Am I the only one who feels that since taking gear your cardio suffers? I've been trying to do more, but can't even do as much as I use to know 4 weeks in. I run out of breath or breath heavier a lot quicker. Anyway to combat this?

How many cals that is? Im not sure.
Of cardio (lower calories as well) and literally get out of shape and the next time you do cardio of the cardio classes.

Maybe if you had given your and need to lose 20 lbs in a month....
And you need go get keep in mind the diet needs to be completely spot on for the above to work .
Maintenance and cardio 30 mins a day 6-7x a week (at least 300 calories burned).
