The test at the doctors office can only pick up HCG about a week earlier than an at home one. It is possible you were briefly pregnant and it did not continue. Go with your instinct. I was told I was not pregnant and I am.

Most pregnancy tests are more sensetive than the opks so you would most likely get a positive pregnancy....
Strong positive pregnancy test just to see and there was barely a line at all, they didn't turn out near as dark as the control line.

So I believe every pregnancy is different.
My first pregnancy was an absoulte breeze compared to my second one! I was sooo sick with my second recently had a bit of swelling.
