I believe the SOL is set by each state and lays out how long a creditor has to bring a lawsuit for unpaid debt.
I paid the smaller ones but have a few others I never paid .
With alot of medical bills.
If your credit score is anywhere near 550, I doubt it. Start with Capital One. If they won't approve you, I doubt anyone will.

Medical emergencies can't be helped and, when and then family has....
Some debt is a fact of life for most people, and some types of debt are actually good.
It just never ends.
There are medical bills, I break a water pipe....
I'm curious how we are doing in paying debt compared to others. We still spend a fair amount I feel.This does not include mortgage. Maybe you can respond like I did below. I am not including mortgage debt and "Pay" means how much debt paid off each month...
