Because i have had a ct-scan recently,i would like to read my results on my medical history, but seem to have come to a barrier, and was told i canot read them and that i should ask my gp, i didn't get any report only a receipt for the amount i had paid...

You will need to contact the practice....
You can legally read your notes but because you have to be supervised by a member fo staff, the surgery will change for thsi time - the price they charge varies but usually about £20 plus anything you want photocopied .
