Is there a way where I can find the minimum time required for residency for each speciality? For example:
Neurosurgery = 7 years
Family Practice = 3 years
General Surgery = 5 years
Something like that.

Does age matter? Or just your health matters? Have you seen surgeons starting their residency in the 40-45 age range? Will it be harder to get accepted for residency at this age range?
