Hey... My dad have medtronics ICD pacemaker installed and i am thinking to give him heart Rate monitor. so please suggest me is POLOR HRM is perfect for him ? or some other good one ? and also do this Polor HRM strip do some effect with Pacemaker due ...

HRM are not effected by ICD not always work and will....
HRM doesHi, I don't have ICD but have a couple workout buddies that do.
A HRM does not affect your ICD but your ICD will affect your HRM.
And a Medtronic ICD.

Hi,
Just wonder if anyone can advise, I have a medtronic protecta ICD and ive just signed up for remote monitoring which should arrive this week at some point.
I know once the home monitoring box arrives I hold the sensor to my chest and pair the ICD ...

The box (or program on Medtronic's end) signals the box every when my medtronic rep....
I know it works because I was at my cardio yours.. .
Days (preset by medtronic) to interrogate the ICD.

When I opened it there was a generic Medtronic letter thanking me for contacting Medtronic Patient Services envelope from Medtronic....
The postage on the envelope was $1.11..
