Who plays the lottery?

I cut out the middle man, and just directly burn my money. On the plus side, it's cutting down on my heating bills. source

What would you do if you won the lottery?

I would pay my debts, buy a new house for my folks, buy me something nice and save the rest for future expenditure. I don't really have a nice story that follows it, but I think I would do all these things with my earned money. source

The smoke from the burning bridges would be visible in 8 states. Now that Illinois has Powerball and Mega Millions, my chances of winning a big jackpot have doubled! source

Do you play the lottery?

You have at least a hundred times better chance of winning a state lottery than a multi-state one. So I buy one Oregon Megabucks when it gets over 4-5 mil. I'm pretty sure my happiness level would be just as high winning that as it would be winning 90-100 mil. source
