BM has 850 pages but the typeface seems larger to me than page gives Syedna Raya's parish as:
St George's R C Byzantine Church
Birmingham, Alabama 1958
I'm guessing the "R C" was used because....

Liturgically there is some variation; but that's often true from parish to parish, let alone Church to Church the traditions celebrate ....
The differences get smaller from there and of course.
Similar to the Melkite and Greek usage.
