Then Monday afternoon I got a call from them that they had repaired the pot and the charges.
Sent the pot to RCBS explaining what had been communicated along warranty.
If they could do it under warranty.

In the interest of fairness though, I have to admit I have never used a Lyman Mag-20 .
After looking and reading comments here and elsewhere I am getting a Pro Melt delivered on Tuesday Melt.
