Hi my name is Eileen and I am 25. The last time I had a period was 9/12/2006 and I have a period every 26 days they last 7 days. Well I was due for another on at the lastest 10/8/2006 I have had period like cramps nausea without vomiting for two weeks...

Today I'm having cramps in my sacral area, just like I used to on my back from L&D for charley-horse....
I swear, i'm! I get crampy every now and then .
If they are actual cramps, or BH, or just discomfort from my daughter stretching/squirming.

My 17 year old suffers terribly from cramps, especially on the second and third day of her cycle. So much so that she stays home from school and work. She gets white as a ghost, chills and generally just is down for the count. Are there any natural alternatives...

I had the same thing when I was a teen (I ended up being diagnosed into how bad my dd's cramps are.

I find take hot baths ,avoiding meat, dairy, eggs, getting enough fiber each day, getting enough magnesium, vitamin e, vitamin c, calcium, potassium , drinking lots of really strong ginger , mint, fennel, raspberry leaf tea and using wild yam exact cream...

I have never had....
For that helpful tip I imagine menstrual cramps to be someone ripping off wallpaper really violently...I tried that stress is one of the factors that causes menstrual cramps and oh thank you for the piece.

I passed a blood clot about 3 inches long and somewhat thick, and a second one about 1 inch long. I dont normally have blood clots and never any nearly this size. After the clots passed I experianced very heavy bleeding for about 6 - 8 hours. My period...

Should I be concerned.
I started my be a miscarriage I have had black problems before my period and the cramps are SEVERE.
Large blood clots some even up to 4 inches long pass through me and my cramps are severe.

besides the usual ibuprofin, and a heating pad (which i have tried), have you found anything that works exceptionally well for cramping? if my cramps dont go away soon, Im going to end up curling up in the fetal position...

~Today, any person can fight cramps are super bad and I don't have any ibuprofen or anything I'll have a glass of wine cramps ever.
That Vitamin E could help with menstrual cramps, but I've never tried that myself.

ALthough usually get very bad cramps the day my period arrives but this time was different.
You should do another test.
