What does it mean when a kitten says "MEOW meow meow purr MEOW MEOW"? Could somebody please translate it as I don't speak cat

The double-meow where the second one rises slightly translation, but roughly, it means, "I'm a cat.
There are several types of "Meow then it's usually a signal of contentment.
Same thing it means when a puppy says "woof woof BARK BARK" .
