I work a very demanding job in the Hill, going to law school at night and have found myself exhausted from all of this yet I trudge on!
To save time, I usually just eat lettuce and tuna (along with other great staples like sweet potatoes, steel cut oats...

Dont calories you consume, the more calories should come from protein .
tuna is abundant in omega 3 and proteins
but u also high potential for mercury ..

I realize I am being crazy, but I think some reassurance would help me out. I'm not very obsessive about what I eat- I mean, I avoid the obvious no-nos, like raw fish and unpasteurized soft cheeses, but I also eat a turkey sandwich now and then, etc. ...

They will not even taste tuna fish. They eat other fish, but tuna is a no go. They serve it at school about once a month...

We didn't get tuna at school when I was going either.
Our school doesn't serve tuna.
They will eat it straight out of the can if they get a chance.
My kids love it though.
