CNBC is covering FED Reserve Chairman Bernanke's testimony about the Bank of America purchase of Merrill Lynch, and what role if any he played in it, live. Congressmen from both parties are going thru testimony and e-mails to determine who said what to whom and whether or not any threats were made to BoA if they did not go along. Lot's of good questions from both sides of the aisle. Not quite as many good answers from the witness table. source

I'm thinking that if Obama was corrupt, it would have come out at the Rezko trial. Given that even the girls who work at J Crew know there is corruption in Illinois politics, I don't think anyone is going hold that against Emanual. source

What killed the American economy?

I have more miles on my bicycle than I have on my car. Since the price of gas has gone up commuting by bicycle has become more popular. Of course I started commuting 9 years ago when gas was one third what it is now. source
