TEG I sorta have a feeling that you can't delete people who have blocked you when using Mac Messenger, just delete them using Live Messenger....
Are you using Adium or MSN Messenger? Try using the other software from what you are using.

Click remove and follow the prompts.Do the same with other Yahoo... .
Scroll down and highlight Yahoo messenger.
Also, check the Yahoo Messenger preferences.
From there, you can right click the Yahoo Messenger app and close it.
