For years I've not been eating properly. Never been a breakfast person, skipping lunch and eating like a horse in the evening. If i went on a diet i would totaly depribe myself of everything apart from coffee. As a result my weight has been on a steady...

If cutting calories forces the bodies metabolic rate to slow, why not have refeeds to "maintenance" every other day to keep your metabolic rate from dropping off?
Can this be done or is it a waste of time?
