This morning a CORIX truck came to swap out my electrical meter for a Smart Meter...I said NO and he began to argue and I said NO...I said Jobs are being lost,fires have been caused by the meters,and eventually all the meter reading will be out sourced...

And maybe the best reason to have smart meters this damn meter was blown....
meters is that a meter reader would be required to go to those few places that won't allow smart more correct than the ones done by meter readers.

I did try to search for this, but on this site searching for "the meters" gives approx. a gazillion results:-)
I will be recording a project mid februari and the drum/bas sound they are looking for comes pretty close to the band the Meters.

Although I prefer having as few components as possible in my audio system, for some reason, I have a nostalgic weakness for analogue audio meters. Not only do I immensely enjoy their aesthetics but I like to keep an eye on how my amplifiers are preforming...

Guys knocking at the door from First Utility trying to get us to have a 'Smart Meter' fitted. FOC, but you change your supplier to... First Utility.
