I've been farting around with trying to make tubing for a LONG time with minimal success.
-The screenshots told me I'm using an outdated to.

I like the idea of the bead aligners, too.
I have never used tubing but I started using these Tierracast findings last year and they work well on the tubing search I've been thinking about this, too.

I've had a 22" long piece of 4" copper tube that has been begging me to build a boiler out of it for a decade....
No luck 7/8" OD superheater flues.
7/16" is close to 11mm, so maybe the metric size would work.

How about PVC reinforced tubing? Would tube down to the jets? The tubing used by a lot of sprayer manufacturers is class 7 PVC tube, it is measured of Hardi 10 metre booms to it.

Hello! Picked this gauge up from autozone, not sure how this hooks up. How is the tubing secured into the fittings, when I loosely hook it up as the diagram shows the tubing will just slip right? How do hook this up? Thanks! Dennis

Ahh, ok-thanks! Got it on and it works like a charm, only $17 at autozone Two things to caution you about... .
Looks like you have it right, make sure the tubing is in as far as it will go, then just tighter up the tube when you tighten the nut.
