Let's suppose that for some reason c1000 is the only mic available and u need to choose pre for it, a pre that costs not more than 200 usd. Which pre would you consider? Does the mic pre even matter that much on a mic like c1000?

I suggest just using whatever interface or mixer pre you have available and save up for a better....
The pre might make the mic sound different, but that particular mic doesn't get a lot of love on these forums in the first place.
Does it exist an excellent mic pre (tube) that can be used for all kind of recording/instrument?

The engineers/recordists space.
Not remote controlled, and while very respectable it's still far from being the most expensive mic pre mic cable lengths and with the remote software just makes sense.
