If they can reproduce the issue they will create the bug report on your behalf .
The method for regular users is to contact Microsoft Support by phone or email.

I'm not aware of any Office plugins that will do this, but if you have Visual Studio or Visual C++ Express Edition you click it, then open Microsoft....
Or I didn't find one.
Tried different Office plugins but they never worked nicely.
