Anyone see the commercial for slippers you put in the microwave to warm them? That skeeves me out totally! Imagine the smell and the germs!!! All smells are particulate, so imagine all those germs spread all over your microwave and kitchen!!

Deb slippers in the microwave is a really in between fabric layers ....
And warm a towel in the microwave to put on it before we went to bed.

It makes it impossible for me to snack on burritos when my mom is sleeping at night.

On Monday our microwave finally gave up mind you it's a Mitsubishi Cube that's over 20 years old, so really we cant complain!

I agree with lilyloams.
BUT if you actually turned on the microwave and started defrosting them I would not because the microwave cooks from the INSIDE out.

This is the best rice around, ideal for student or lazy people (I am both!)
This stuff actually tastes great too, much better than any rice i've tried to make myself.
Only for Basmati, Long grain basmati and Pilau types (maybe on more in other stores ...

Is it not ok to use the microwave for only a few seconds to dry off a pet? my pussy cat is soaking wet and she hates to be blow dried and if i use a towell she bites me. i have bite marks all over my arms now and i really dont want to get rid of her but...

If I put your head in a microwave and turned it on for 10 seconds, you would probably feel it and could at the pub,just go to bed.
Even 3 seconds can cause it pain and damage.
And can be harmed by putting it in the microwave.
