Cabbage Roll Casserole I made this for dinner & have quite a bit left over. It's hard to make a casserole for 2. Can I freeze the left overs?

I set the leftovers out to partially defrost, and then finished things up in the microwave..

You should cook it to get out the fat, and also so .
You can cook it in the microwave of bacon grease in your casserole.
It may not get done enough in the casserole.
It will be crisp in your casserole.

I find that having two microwave ovens often comes in handy in my kitchen.
For example, one can be heating up a hot dog in a plastic tray of water, while the other can be used to warm the bun.
I also find that different brands of microwaves operate differently...

Sounds great--I cook my spaghetti squash in the microwave whole--I just poke it with a fork in a few places and microwave till it is soft--Cut it in half--scoop out the seeds and then scrape out.

Personally, Im not a big fan of cooking of microwave cooking,....
There are many good cookbooks available at the library, along with recipes online specific to microwave cooking.
Or margarine in the microwave, then mix in the cereal.

This was so easy to make and didn't take long at all. I loved it! Unfortunately, it did not like me and upset my tummy. I find that, as I'm getting older, the foods I love are giving me some grief.
