So my grades are a bit lower then my 96 avg accumulated from fresh-junior year. Do I have to send semester grades from senior year as in if I don't they won't consider my application? Does anyone know if any of these don't require them: USC, Temple, Fordham...

Most schools will consider your application incomplete....
Consider" your application w/o the mid-year grades, but the best way to know is to contact of those are top notch schools, they will require your mid year grades.
