Am I middle class or upper middle class? Please do not take this question in a bragging way. I am just very curious. I live in a 3800 sq foot house with a nice open floor plan. I love in a nice suburban neighborhood and go to the best school in my school...

I sometimes end up with a class hierarchy where I have an abstract base class with some common functionality and a couple of implementing classes that fall into two (rarely more) groups which I want to treat differently in some cases. An example would...

(This is because, on the super class, you can't express that subclasses are "either leaf or branch.
A class that doesn't contain any code.

Is it possible for an upper middle class person to live in a lower middle class home? In general, can high earning people be poor?

In a Flex / Java app stack using remoting (via BlazeDS), classes to hold data passed back and forth between client and server need to be maintained in both the client (in ActionScript) and server (in Java).

Let's say you want to diagram a Map class (the mathematical kind, not the cartographic kind). In Ruby, you might have something like:
class Map attr_accessor :nodes, :edges def initialize @nodes = Set.new @edges = Set.new end def minimum_spanning_tree...

Correct? The reason you include Map in your diagram is because you are actually the one creating the class restrictions on the type of the node or edge, so if it's not there then don't try and add it:
class Map class is implemented....

If liberals think the 1% should pay more, to take care of the middle class? Does that mean the middle class should have to pay more, to take care of the lower class?

Following on from that 'Vicki' article it seems that now cycling is classed as a 'middle-class sport' along with sailing & rowing.
Do you consider cycling now as a 'middle-class sport'?

I think most competitive sports will tend to be middle class, purely on the basis to be middle class, purely on the basis that someone who can take a sport seriously enough it seriously unless you are sponsored....

I just think that the nicest cities don't offer affordable housing. Developers don't build affordable housing, but instead I see more rental units built. Then you start seeing people with the mentality of not building new housing because they more housing...
